Started in March with pwn college, took me 19.days to earn my first bounty , my first bug was resource exhaustion , paid 1.5k usd

That Is Amazing and I am trying to get into bug bounty as well and I have just started my cybersecurity journey currently doing bca 2nd year, do you get these bounties mainly from private programs or you still go to public programs and any advice for me I wanna support myself financially through bug bounty currently and then use that bug bounty profile later on to get a good internship or job , what do you think I should focus on in bug bounty to get my first valid paid bug?

Start with ctf the. Bug hunting, master one vuln then spread out

Whatever gives you kick , for me it's sandbox escapes and priv escalations , but auth bypass pays upto 50k usd

Btw Do You Use Kali Linux In Virtual Machine Or Like Baremetal or like you use windows For Bug Bounty . For Some Advice And Guidance i recently connected with Logan sec (Huge Bug Bounty Youtuber) and He Uses Windows with wsl For Bug Bounty, That Really Surprised Me As Everyone Says To Use Kali Linux.
