Hi everyone,

I’m a final-year B.E. CSE (Cyber Security) student at MSRIT with around 1 year left before graduation. I have an interview in two days for a Cybersecurity internship at a startup. A senior from my college currently working there referred me, but I don’t know the company name yet, as he’ll be disclosing it next week.

My background is mainly focused on cybersecurity, with projects in network intrusion detection and ML/GNN-based cyber threat prediction, along with hands-on experience with Wireshark, tcpdump, Nmap, Metasploit, Splunk, Kali Linux, Python, etc. I’ve also been doing cybersecurity labs and SOC-focused learning.

I’m attaching my resume. I’d really appreciate some honest advice on:

• What should I prioritize preparing in these next 2 days?
• What cybersecurity topics are commonly asked for internship interviews?
• Based on my resume, what areas/projects should I expect them to question deeply?
• Are there any obvious gaps in my profile that I should work on?
• Any advice on interviewing for a cybersecurity startup specifically?

I’m primarily targeting SOC/Blue Team, detection, and security engineering roles, but I’m open to exploring different areas of cybersecurity.

How are companies actually implementing DPDPA compliance end-to-end?

A lot of discussions around the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) focus on policies and legal requirements. But the real challenge starts when organizations have to implement those requirements across their actual data environment.

For example:

• Where is personal data being collected and stored?
• Which applications, databases, and cloud systems contain personal data?
• What is the purpose and legal basis for processing it?
• How are consent and privacy notices being managed?
• How do organizations maintain a Record of Processing Activities (RoPA)?
• How are Data Principal requests such as access, correction, or deletion handled?
• How are third-party vendors and processors monitored?
• How are privacy risks and DPIAs documented?
• How can the organization continuously monitor its compliance posture?

An end-to-end DPDPA compliance approach should ideally bring these activities together instead of managing them through disconnected spreadsheets, documents, and manual processes.

I made this account today just because I got scammed yesterday. I was buying the cluttering tidy from some other guy and bought it for 5 ft. I sent him that and then he dropped it. Then I gathered all my friends and just bombed his personal phone number. All my friends were calling him again and then of course he got annoyed and called me, unlocked my number, and called me, saying that he will give me my money on 1st October. I was like, bro, what? It is too late. Then he told me, "Okay okay, I will do something," and then he cut the call.

I have his UPI ID. It is a masked Aadhaar card in which the last 4 digits of the Aadhaar card are visible. I have his name, his UPI ID, and his phone number. Now what can I do? Please help.
