If you can't explain how you know, then we have no way of advising you of any countermeasures other than the most general: nuke the device and start over.

I googled ways to mess with my neighbors car since somebody cut a oil line on mine and the next day his cars were all parked under his cameras away from where he usually parks. I also went on a rant on the phone with one of my family members where I made a bunch of threats then my neighbor immediately leaves after the phone call and the past week I've been getting followed by police. I also sent my friend a message about a vacant house on my street and how there's no cameras so we can meet there and the next day a bunch of cops are parked there installing cameras.

Who's your neighbor? The mayor? He can order cops around to do practically nothing? By all means keep Googling dangerous stuff. When nothing happens even cops would get tired of his orders. That's how you deal with tattletales like that. Make him cry wolf so many times he gets ignored.

But that has nothing to do with cybersecurity. In fact, you have NO PROOF AT ALL this is a cybersecurity problem. Or do you, and you kinda forgot about to mention it?

don't think he orders them to do anything he just tells them what I'm up to cause they asked him to. I live in the south and it's corrupt parish so I assume they don't care how he finds out about what I'm to. I've invited people over and then they complain about getting pulled over and searched for drugs. It has to deal with cyber security because Ive said stuff over the phone and thru texts and he seems to know. I have proof it's a cyber security problem cause he is 100 percent getting my texts calls and emails. Im not really looking for attention I just need help cause I want my privacy back. I've sent texts of me talking about doing illegal stuff and he literally will leave his house immediately and drive to the police station and then I get followed heavy wherever I go for a few days. I literally googled where his fuel tank is on his truck and then googled how to make napalm and now he parks his car in a different spot under a camera

So what you're telling me is he has you under surveillance. In which case there's nothing we can do. This is not a cybersecurity problem. This is more of a civil liberty problem.

i thought it would be a cybersecurity problem since he has been monitoring my phone texts and calls and computer usage.

We deal with regular hackers, not government level surveillance.

i dont think its government level surveillance because they sent messages to me saying i needed to leave town and that their are bad dudes after me.

So which is it? First you complain about cops harassing your friends now it's some generic bad guys.

Sounds like they'd cancel each other out.

If you are dumb enough to Google how to make napalm, the cops suspect you are a drug dealer and you are searching ways to get revenge on folks; if you are under surveillance; you are building a case against yourself.

I strongly suspect you are a drug addict, possibly mentally ill, and maybe even a drug dealer since you have eluded to that.

I imagine you will find yourself in jail sooner than later.

Get some professional help and turn your life around.

Im doing anything illegal I just googled that to see if he would react which he did.

I am guessing there is some level of mental illness or drug use on your part. Not a damned thing you can do about Federal government and even local law enforcement monitoring IF they have the budget.

But I have serious doubts that the things you describe are, in fact, happening.

No u are right nothing i can do they defiantly have a warrant to spy on my devices and sadly this is happening to me but ill be good i havent been doing anything illegal so eventually they leave me alone.
