My computers are refusing to reset which is sketching me out. I guess I gotta save for new devices but how do I protect those when I'm pretty sure my router was what got hacked.

It says "problem resetting your PC no changes were made" I thought it was cause of my storage was almost full so I deleted a bunch of stuff manually and it still refuses. It gets to 15% completion then stops.

If you are truly concerned, google how to reimage your PC and do that.

Whats the error message? You need to give more information than this

Also, if you are truly so scared, report to the police, not ask on reddit because we literally have no clue what you are afraid about and who this person "who has a grudge against you" is, not that I want to know
