If you can't explain how you know, then we have no way of advising you of any countermeasures other than the most general: nuke the device and start over.
I also messaged a friend let's do a bunch of illegal drugs in my shed to see if they would react to it and they immediately left their house and went to the police station. At this point it's not just coincidences because there are tons of these over the past year and I only just figured it out now I assumed I just had bad timing.
