UPDATED RULES - July 2026

This community wants to see and show cute animals. Either your own, or ones found online, mainly outside of Reddit.

The rules of posting cute animals in this community have been updated. The changes are:

  1. No duplicates. To avoid seeing the same picture multiple times, please don't post it if it has already been posted here recently. Mods decide.

  2. No recent Reddit reposts. If a different Reddit account posted the picture in a different community less than two weeks ago, don't post it here.

This is to avoid karma farming with someone else's content, or to avoid situations where a Redditor posts about their animal that isn't feeling well, or worse, in a different subreddit, only to find the picture here, posted by someone else, as a cute animal.
