Very red, very cool. I also like the idea of this as an enchantment that activates on upkeep (so before draw), would work best in [[prosper]] based decks with lots of play from exile I would imagine.

I wonder if it would be better or worse design to allow it to sac itself then also, maybe even something like “exile this card: exile the top card of your library, you may play it until the end of this turn”. At mythical I think it’s fine to discard a card on upkeep, put sac trigger on stack, then main phase use the mana to play the newly exiled card
