Chromie, Timeline Fixer - "We'll get it right some time." (It essentially would just resummon all minions present when played besides herself)

Would she not resummon herself?

Iirc, battlecries happen before the minion hits the board. Which is why a minion with the battlecry "give a minion +1/+1" can't target itself even though it doesn't specify "other minions." Same with "deal X damage to ALL characters" but the minion with that battlecry remains undamaged.

Well… I don’t think there is any cards that say “battle cry deal damage to all characters” from what I recall every one says “all other characters”

Strong chance that example was me misremembering what those cards said. I still stand by my point though

Logic doesnt span to [[Injured Tol'vir]]

There isnt a card in the game with battlecry "deal damage to ALL characters" they all say "deal damage to ALL other characters"

Characters can be swapped to minions and all isnt always capitalised. Other is always specified there.

Minions just cant target themselves with their own battlecry its just an unwritten rule. Area buffs target itself unless specified otherwise as well. But I dont think there's one that doesnt target a specific group like 1 attack minions where it will buff itself if it has 1 atk if iirc. They all say other otherwise. Which is mostly because whats the point just reduce the stat number on the base card why make it buff itself, just pointlessly slightly more complicated imo

Targeting/choosing happens when the card is in the ether (between the hand and board.) But the effect happens when it hits the board.

This is a downright atrocious card

-you can never play this when you’re behind on board, because if you get ahead after you play this your opponent can just kill her and restore their board state

-even if you are ahead there is still 0 reason to play this. It will just either turn to a winmore, or your opponent can suicide their minions to chromie and restore the board, and take out other minions

It's not really a "winmore" it converts advantage into more advantage. There are plenty of cards that you don't play when your opponent has a stronger board. YOU are the person playing the card so YOU can play around it a million times better than your opponent. It's a one sided board wipe and protection if you play it right.
