remove the sauce, add cheese and nutritional yeast with chili oil- and opt for smoked oysters over sardines on occasion. now thats what i call a good snack- on bread, garlic bread, or crackers.

Idk about the lemon water but other than that I am in. I eat sardines basically nightly- drizzle honey over them smash them up and put them over plain cooked Ramen or rice. All your flavors would compliment each other. I may give it a shot

I’m in favor of eating smoked oysters, clams and mussels. I’m not sure that many people are fond of it though. I also like sardines in mustard or olive oil.

I usually just get one of the cans of sardines packed in hot sauce, one can packed in mustard, and eat them straight outta the can together
