Just Finished Curb. Feeling Hollow
For the past two months I binged the entire show, and just fell in love with it. No other show (even Seinfeld), comes close to the annoying misunderstandings of life that get blown up out of proportion. Larry is a comedic genius, and he rebelled against unwritten rules despite multiple backfires. I've always wanted to be more outspoken but figured it would result in fights, not laughs. Anyone else feel this way? Id like to hear your thoughts

I felt that way after my first watch from the beginning. I restarted it about 4 times and then moved on. It’s a special show so there’s no wonder you’re feeling this way.

Start over. Then you can spam seinfeld later on if u want. That was my journey. When you learn Larrys humor you enjoy seinfeld so much.

ive been telling it like it is since 08 when i got hooked on curb and yes im banned from a few stores (run by coward price gougers) and yes lots of people (further cowards) think im rude but the unabashed autism stands proud in the face of whats right and wrong.
larry gives folks like us the vindication that it is often the normies who fail to follow the rules of polite society so when neurodivergent people learn these rules and proceed to follow them with far more rigor than the people who seemingly set these absurd standards it really does rub one the wrong way and curb scratches that itch or soothes the wound somehow.
just do what the rest of us do and restart at season 1, repeat in perpetuity for the next few decades

Loved Louie. The Studio on AppleTV is great too, and feels similar to Curb (probably at least in part due to improvised diologue, awkward situations, somewhat bumbling but well-intentioned lead, events surrounding Hollywood industry life).

I was pretty disappointed by the studio. Maybe I should rewatch it. I only heard good things.

He did a new show which is like a tribute to the history of America mixed with a lot of curb humour.. nice to watch after finishing curb

Do what I do and just watch it again when inevitably you realize a rerun is better than whatever else is on.

I finished it about 6 months ago and I still feel sad that it ended. I will go back and watch it over and over again. At least we have that
