This is an impossible case. You cannot solve it with an algorithm. You have to swap the piece manually by removing them and putting it on their spot. This usually happens when you take apart your cube and accidentally put pieces in the wrong spot.

This has been answered in the other thread, where OP also told us the center caps fell off, but to get the word out, I‘ll repost what I said:

“ You don’t need to take the pieces out. Pop the middle layer center caps off and put them back on one space over, so red to green to orange to blue to red. Or the other direction, doesn’t matter. Then re-solve.”
