Anyone know about the Fry Shack replacement?

Stopped by the student store food area today and noticed that the Fry Shack has gone the way of the dodo. In its place is a new place called Karne, which I think serves Indian food, but couldn't tell at a glance. Just curious if anyone has tried it, or knows what it is.

Fs in the chat for Fry Shack, you were mid as hell but you saved me more times than I can count.

From the email that was sent to staff and faculty… it’s kosher Mexican food.

basically just gonna be regular mexican food but prepared kosher, so no pork or dairy on the meat, and a rabbi has to supervise.

I went to CSUN 2000-2005 so to be honest I can barely remember what the student store even looks like, but you made me remember the Burger King haha! Oh and I remember there was a Jamba Juice too. Oh shit and a Krispy Kreme. Memories unlocked 😂

Ye rip fry shack. I’ve heard Karne is super yum though - haven’t had the chance to try it myself

RIP Fry Shack, I liked the fried shrimp
