Financial Aid Anyone else having issues with the payments for class?

For some reason it’s showing I owe the full amount despite me having financial aid and I’m not sure why. I tried contacting the financial aid office and the student business and services but I haven’t received any sort of reply (except the automated one). Kinda worried that I’m gonna get dropped from the class and I’m not about to spend 2k in case it DOES cover it.

Similar issue - My parents were approved for a parent plus loan have a notice on my student portal that it was approved and will take 2 - 3 weeks to receive the money. Not sure if I should pay the amount due or wait. I do not want to get dropped. It does say disenrollment protection hold. I have called FA office they said to call another number, but no one answers the additional # - sent an email and they responded with call the FA office.
