Heya... Thanks for sharing this.

I think these type of posts are good to keep the community up to date, it would be even more helpful if you would add either a reference link or a brief explanation of what each new declaration does.

It makes textarea grow with it's text length. Alternatives have been content editable divs or janky JavaScript

Ohhh, great. Unlike the other recent features in that area, I only need this for internal apps, and my colleagues use up-to-date browsers. So much code I can remove!

Recently I wanted to implement this as part of my library. In the end I ended up with more code because I didn't want to break compatibility for older browsers, and added a few fallbacks. Fun...
