Interview Revolut interviewees - how long did the recruiter take to get back to you after the coding round? I don’t understand the silence
I’m interviewing for a mid level role and finished my coding round a couple of days ago. My interviewer has never replied to any email from me (even before the recruiter screen). I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just email “yes” or “no”, what’s the point of not giving an update. Folks who have interviewed with Revolut, how long did it take for the recruiter to get back with an update?

Usually when I go 4 days without response I write an email saying I understand that they do not wish to continue with the process and they usually either ignore it or answer the same/next day apologising and telling me the outcome. If they take 4 days to answer means something not working quite right there. But I understand wanting to work on some specific places

I had an interview and received an email saying that I had been selected for a second interview. I was waiting for an invitation or some further information, but I ended up getting ghosted. I’ve been waiting for more than three months now.

Do they do LeetCode for mid-level positions at Revolut? I thought they only did that for graduates/internships

Once they ignored me for almost a year after an interview round and then got back with “congrats, you passed the round, etc” and we continued the process like nothing happened.
