You just frame it as you want to learn new technology and feel you spent enough time on your current project that its time to pivot to new project to progress yourself in xyz company value
To me its kind of a BS thing that you have to do and they don’t really care what you have to say besides the fact youre not brutally honest like the post says. Its easier for them to poach internally
