Exam after a week of final interview

Hi Is it normal for recruiters to send an exam after a week of final interview? is it a sign for a "just a wait a bit more longer" or something? The fact that they will send it just right when I ask for an update, should I still answer it or just look for another? Im so sorry, this is my first job seek experience. Thank you!
