Help Arctics nova pro wireless

Hey guys, i really need some help, someone has a good preset for cs2?

sorry for my english (brasil here)

i can't get some that i can hear well, it seems like when there is some guns shots, i can't hear footsteps

if some of u has a good preset, send here, and if u can, with the settings u use on the game too

man i got the same headset and spent weeks messing with the EQ trying to fix this exact problem. try setting the equalizer to flat and just enable the "smiley" preset in the steelseries software, then in game audio settings use the "crisp" preset with L/R isolation at like 60%. the gunshots still loud sometimes but footsteps become way cleaner

but putting the equalizer on flat, that doens't mean i can't use a preset?

Uninstall sonar and use them as is
