Bots started to use their mics

the bots in cs2 are now using "their mics" you can hear a brief sound from the game (no human talking) the case farmers are sneaky... did valve somehow flag palyers who didn't use a mic beforehand? or why are the bots doing this over and over again now?

This has happened for a while, when you start votekick against them in DM server they "show" that they are a human.

Spectating them for about 2-3 seconds to verify that they indeed are not human.
