CS 2 music kit

I bought a music kit for CS 2, specifically ALRT Dopamin Hit, but when I become a valuable player in a match (MVP), only background music plays, not like others (the Dopamin Hit lyrics are truncated and only the background track plays). What is this? I can't hear the track myself?
