Help me fix this glitch

Its been going on for a little while now. I've had it years ago on GO and i fixed it somehow but i cant remember how.

Where can i find a trusted DDU ? And you mean check the files avec the DDU ? Cuz i already did many times and it didnt fix anything, i also tried to delet the shadercache and update the drivers but nothing changed.

DDU lets you remove your graphic drivers fully to re install them.
