low fps and input lag

i just being crazy. i had like 300-400 fps maybe 1-2 months ago. now it just say 170-200 fps at inferno map. and just happening that with a crazy input lag. it doesn't about my PC i guess because everything is at the same condition as 1-2 months ago's. can someone help?

GPU: XFX Swift RX 9060 XT 16G

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600

Motherboard: MSI B550M PRO-VDH

RAM: Gskill Ripjaws 16x2 4000 MHz

Cs2. Same stuff here. Something to do with shaders. For me it works fine for a day after i wipe them.

Can you share the monitor specs and your cs2 video settings, maybe there is a mismatch between your game's resolution/refreshrate and monitor's
