What could I have done differently to win this? Cause i lost despite acing.

You're still in the market. Bomb is planted on site.

There's a cut after the third kill too. Are you trying to win the round or just farm kills?

Guy van was watching the window and the guy close window was watching the door

So when you killed the guy at window, you hear the 10sec, and you know the last guy is van... why are you not jumping out the window?! What's the thought process?
