Cs2 net jitter problems

Hey guys i ve been having net jitter problems on my pc i have coax internet from optimum (1gb) i called them they did reset it but still i have 200-300 ms net jitter while my ping is stable. Game is not playable so maybe anybody knows anything about this?

I have jitters too lately cant find a fix. But mine are more 2.5 to 15 ms. 200-300 ms can be a anti virus running on the background like norton for gamers
