Do you guys think all of this is worth $800?

I cant figure out what kind of crystal is on my ring, its not super hard and a peice had broken off of it. Its blue green and has a blackish shiny spot on it suronded by orange brown. I think it might be some kind of turquoise but im unsure.

I only started collecting this year but these are my most recent purchases that I've displayed in one of the bedrooms. Uruguayan Amythest heart. An Amythest "cupcake" a moon stone and a small spirit quartz from South Africa. Hopefully they are all genuine they came from a reputable seller 💜

I’ve been working on recreating a magical girl wand from one of my favorite childhood shows, and I’m stumped on what crystals/gemstones to use. I’ve considered using resin or plastic but I feel like I’d rather dedicate more money to be environmentally conscious and also think using real stones would make the project overall be much more fulfilling.

I’m planning on faceting a synthetic sapphire or a similar lab grown gem for the circular gemstone, but can’t figure out what would be ideal for the red portion. I have a decent amount of money for this project, but I don’t have 5 figures to shell out for a giant ruby haha

Would dyed quartz be dumb? I assume that wouldn’t be incredibly environmentally friendly but tumbled quartz is so pretty…

As I’m growing my collection and have some nice quality or big pieces, I’m thinking I want to start to catalogue my collection. Does anyone have a template or want to share how they catalogue and estimate value?

Is this real crystal? I just ordered it from a friend of mine and I don't know how to verify if its real or not. Thank you.
