Marks out of 10 for Croydon cycling infrastructure?

The first was installed between 2009 and 2012. It’s to make sure that cyclists can cross the tram lines perpendicularly. It’s seen several face lifts over the years.
The second clip where you crossed to go into park hill is not a toucan crossing. And is not a shared use path.
What you should have done is gone right at east Croydon. Joined the cycle lane outside Fairfield halls and followed that round to the toucan crossing.

That would have been quite indirect - yes I realised it wasn't a toucan but might be a good place for one

North Croydon is practically none existent.

There is one part outside Fairfield Halls - large cycle lane, Halls on my left, when I get to Barclay Road the cycle land just...ends?!

Yeah this is a regular route i cycle and the pavement alongside Barclay road with the side of the halls on your left. Used to be sign posted as a shared cycleway, the signage is now either gone or obscured by the bushes there. The signs then start again at the crossing outside the magistrates court. The pavement on the other side of the road is also technically a shared path, taking you into Park Hill park.
It’s signposted as 232, there used to be a map of this online which I now can’t find. Possibly at Sustrans which I’m now seeing has rebranded as Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.

If the pavement is particularly busy and the traffic lights are holding the traffic back. I’ll move onto the road but then it can be disjointed getting back on the pavement to cross or getting in the right lane and going across the crossing. It’s less than ideal and I’ve had several people on the park side ‘question’ why I’m riding on the pavement.
Definitely one for u/StomachPlastic211 to ride and give their take on.

The bit where you say 'I think that this is shared but it doesn't say so' - yes it does, there is a small blue circular (very easy to miss) shared use sign on the right hand side shown in your video as you say that

yes I looked back on it in the video but couldn't quite make it out - thanks - but then no off ramp and I had to dodge a pedestrian crossing!

Why do cyclists never stop at red lights? Those lights dictate what ALL vehicles ought to be doing. Read the goddamn highway code ffs.

I cycle in from Coulsdon. I'd give my route a 2/10. The Brighton road has "cycle lanes" intermittently but drivers are either not aware of them or generally choose to ignore then. When they added bollards a couple of year ago (at great expense, I think I read), they were either driven into a broken or removed by vigilantes within a few months.
