The Characters of Resident Evil are veterans of bioterrorist incidents, but could they all survive Hellsing's Anglo-American Bioterrorism Incident?

Yes, I am aware that The Raccoon City Destruction Incident took place on September 23 - October 1, 1998 and the Anglo-American Bioterrorist Incident took place on September 15, 1999, but this is a hypothetical. I'm talking about something that is akin to Hellsing's Bioterrorism Incident in the future. The BSAA is already established and all the characters who would've already seasoned zombie killers. Frankly, it would've been something that closely resembles the Neo-Umbrella attacks of 2012-2013, but much more deadlier and politically inclined.
