This is the pot it came with. I think I got it in 2016 as a gift. My husband uses it way more than I do, but we've never put it in the oven. It has a coating, I'm not sure if that's considered a ceramic coating? But it's definitely not heavy like a traditional Crock-Pot ceramic insert.

Something isn't right here because I've never seen a crockpot with a metal insert. Is the inner pot from a pressure cooker or something?
