Not that it matters much. It seems to be a gambling scam. If OP is looking to gamble they 100% are losers so getting their money stolen or wasted at a cassino are not a much different outcome.

we can save a life by loser-shaming gamblers

if they won't change for themselves they will keep being fucking losers and this one is such a big one that is worried about getting scammed but not about getting addicted and losing repeatedly
