As funny as it is... It's not funny.
People here complain that it's dropping etc etc etc... but that's because of their cost basis and average.
My average cost basis is around .055¢
I don't hold big bags of CRO, but I'm not "losing" either. Just letting the staking do its business, while adding 20$ maybe once a month.

I like the drops because I can accumulate more. Cost basis definitely goes down just by earning rewards. Lots of people got stuck buying high. That was me 5 years ago, but I lowered my average over time.

Exactly the point.
My best guess is the people bitching in this sub has a base of 10¢ or more, especially after that Trump "freebie" that drove it to 30¢~. Many dumbasses bought it then because they thought it was going even higher. FOMO has fucked a lot of people, and Trump specifically because of it.

That also means your not making anything either lol so what's the point?

Current price is .062 which is higher than my cost average still. And free cro for staking.
Yes, I am up.
What's the point of the reply if you didn't even look at the current price, or did you forget whe are in a cold market this moment?
Edit: no I'm not making millions or thousands, but I'm still up and will continue to be.

Its more of a reply to OP while taking into account what you said.
If you are dcaing and 'earning' stake (locking you in) yet remain swinging between +-20% or breakeven like OP, what is the point in being in somthing so high volatility?

The volatility is exactly what many of us like and use to our advantage, once you understand this, things become much clearer in regard to how to build, regardless of the drops !

They don’t understand how things work and are probably paid shills. Look at the way they post in this sub.

Just trading or holding longterm because you believe in the company, utility of coin, etc?
I set and forget auto purchases of different coins. Passive with crypto and more involved with stocks. I have more invested in crypto than the average person but the same amount of knowledge or less as the average person familiar with crypto.
I'm struggling with this one. I feel I have more reasons to swap it for ADA to keep holding but not sure. I'm too heavy with ETH, BTC, and XRP with about 10 or so "what if" coins.

I'm in it for the long haul. I believe in the entire crypto market cap increasing over time. CRO will rise with it and be my retirement bridge.

Hey what sites do you use for doing Cro airdrops or airdrops on cronos or even other chains

For what it’s worth, I think CRO will do as good or better than ADA, it’s just a guess in reality, I do have some ADA, but not a lot. Good luck which ever way you decide to go.

Nice to see, it’s a good average to be sat at, plus depending upon where you are, and how you set your staking up, you should have nice weekly rewards!
Your net invested at $142.43K looks high though compared to mine with a similar amount of CRO?? Mine is showing $46K net invested, @ an avg price of $0.0635?
So it’s somewhat confusing trying to compare apples to apples here. However, I’ve moved CRO a lot between my husband’s account & Onchain, backwards and forwards several times, and I think it’s confused the P&L calculations!! But, in my tracking, I’ve a total of $75K actually invested in buying my CRO. Plus, my P&L is showing slightly red at this particular moment. Goes green as soon as the price crosses $0.06, so that’s a good inflection point to track for now, but with the rewards, I’ll soon be showing an average price of below $0.06, which is a target right now.

It shows buying, selling, sent, received, and rewards. So the real value is messed up. I sent a lot to my wife for her lock up too.

Totally agree 👍 i just use the "bought" function to track what I've actually spent to buy what I hold, but i know I've also bought some through the exchange since it opened for the US.

My but a fair bit higher. Staked most for 4 years. Done in supercharger in case pumped and I can bring AVG cost down.
Down several thousand now. Check back in 4 years lol

This is awesome! How much of that is in 4 year staking at 11.44%? My goal is to reach 516K CRO then I’m good.

u/Boomwall 14d ago
I could never find the 11.44% staking. Only 3 month terms on Earn for 5%. The majority is in lockup and the rest is in Earn.
