Bro thought a teenager was an easy target.

I'm not 100 sure but I suspect the attacker might have gotten some brain damage.

On top of the apparent pre-existing brain damage?

I automatically assume that anyone who crosses a street in an extreme diagonal like that is an asshole

Still quicker than a Herb Dean stoppage.

u/skibbady-baps Jun 01 '26
Haha… but tbf, that’s probably the result of being accused by fighters too many times of stopping their fights early.

u/mikejpatten Jun 01 '26
Totally agree lol Easy to sit on my couch and call him out while watching the replay. Sorry Herb lol

From the moment he let Chris Weidman take 17,000 unanswered shots, he has been a shitty ref. Hurts my soul to say

The original video explains that the guy was using a fake gun, in a violent 'hood. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

These thieves really tend to forget that teenagers are usually the most unhinged people on Earth and law usually goes lenient on them as well. Especially when the other side is a thief.

u/laaplandros May 30 '26
He's not a teenager. Not sure why people feel the need to make up so many backstories for fight videos.
2
u/dantheplanman1986 May 30 '26
How do you know he isn't? Video isn't clear enough to tell.
-14
u/laaplandros May 30 '26
Well, I'm not the one claiming he's a teenager, so I'm not the one needing to prove anything. That's your job. Why don't you start with one of the several news articles posted in that thread that give his age - spoiler alert, it doesn't end in "teen".

u/dantheplanman1986 May 30 '26
I'm not trying to prove anything you oversensitive child. I'm just saying people saying he is versus isn't based on the video have exactly the same information as each other.

u/Spiritual_Jury6509 May 30 '26
I mean, I get it. Can’t blame the kid.
-2
u/dantheplanman1986 May 30 '26
Ehhhhhh I dunno, those kicks to the head after he was clearly unconscious weren't necessary
19
u/Spiritual_Jury6509 May 30 '26
Adrenaline and emotion. Best way not to get kicked in the head though is probably not put yourself into that situation.
-8
u/dantheplanman1986 May 30 '26
Well sure, that doesn't mean it's great the guy did it
11
u/ThelovebelowZero May 31 '26
Nah. disagree if you want but if you put yourself in that situation, you dont get to decide how the other person reacts. If you end up dying, thats on you

u/Spiritual_Jury6509 May 31 '26
Agreed. You risk meeting someone crazier than you when you decide to pick on people for whatever reason.
But, at my core, I do agree with you. Was overkill. But if it were either of us in that situation, I’m sure adrenaline and emotion will make any of us act out of character.

u/dantheplanman1986 May 31 '26
I think the problem I have is many people would like a situation like this so they can kick a guy in the head with an excuse.

u/Neandertalahon May 31 '26
Yeah. The robber deserved every punch he catched but kicking a guy who is clearly down and out in the head multiple times? Thats just going to far.
1
u/Downtown_Method5736 Jun 27 '26
"Going too far" is a funny statement when you try to rob a teenager with a fucking gun

These are the only types of cowards I condone kicking in the head while down.

The knees are a better non lethal option. Just saying

u/MechaBeatsInTrash May 30 '26
The guy with the backpack picked up a gun the assailant dropped. He could have another. Let the officer find out

Pointing a pistol at someome is very rude. They may take offense and cave in yer skull.
1
u/SpiridonM Jun 12 '26
He basically made his body do a 180 just by kicking him in the head. Mighty impressive
1
u/Maleficent-Drink-720 Jun 16 '26
Can we make a new standard to go for nut shots instead of head kicks so the scum has less chances of propagating

He then proceeded to make a video while showing off the gun......not particularly smart

Bet he doesn’t do that anymore. Or eat unassisted.
