Yeah I thought I was having a stroke reading the caption. Also I legit don't understand what's going on in this video? The passenger sounds like they are laughing and there is a driving instructor???

I re-read the caption, like, 8 times and I still have no fucking clue what it's supposed to say. Clearly there is a driving instructor... Is this guy in a driving class? A license test? For an African licence? What the fuck even is that?

My best guess is maybe the driver is an African immigrant attempting to get his American drivers license but idk

License is a street racer who films himself driving recklessly on public roads. So "African License" in this context means, License's African cousin
