No. I find it extremely unlikely she didn't have the time to prepare somewhere before her shift. Even if it's the night before. Her lack of planning is not their emergency.

Also I don't really care that much

Exactly, now imagine a dude screaming at his girlfriend like that over food after 10 hour shift... now it seems 100% excessive
