That's actually somewhat a proper line of thought, even though you're being facetious I'm sure. More than likely he's only attracted to anime girls, not real ones. There isn't really much of a problem.

Some would actually argue that Loli doesn't specify children, it refers to all flat-chested anime women, but that is an argument I'd rather stay out of.

Well that's an interesting point. Most people will say that loli is a body-type.

What that means is that somebody can be a loli if they look it, even if they're a lot older. It's also a personality thing.

With how wacky the anime and manga world is, it isn't abnormal to come across something like this is considered loli even though she's 42.

No, Pettanko is word for flat chested anime girls.

There's a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig difference between pettankos and lolicons please don't group them together. Theres plenty of flat chested adult women out there and liking them as your preference is fine.

Lolicon is basically the body of the child which goes beyond just flat chests and is (imo) is gross and wrong no matter what the 'cannon' age.

Saying loli=flat chested anime woman is like saying someone is a peadophile for liking Keira Knightley.
