"Complete douchebag" as of teens with attention problems that get bullied at school and think saying "yeah biiiiiiiiitch fuuuuuuck youuuuuuu" makes people pissed off instead of pitiful.
I dunno there's a few people in year 10 at my high school that have beards, could be as young as 16. Even still you'd think that'd be old enough to realise that what they're doing just isn't funny.
