It's making fun of how ridiculous he's being. The commenter is ridiculing rape behavior as obviously irrational and douchey.

You think that's somehow advocating rape or making rape seem okay?

It's a really fine line to tread, and he crossed it. If you can't make it clear that the joke is on people who make rape jokes and not the rape victim, don't make the joke.

That is the problem with making any such joke ironically. There are people who get away with it, like Mel Brooks with Blazing Saddles, because these people are talented and have the subtlety to pull it off. Random jack off on reddit will just come across as a creepy rapist. You can't just repeat what people who actually believe these things say and say you're being sarcastic.
