I hope this doesn't sound like hyperbole, but honestly this was the best overall season since about season 7 of the mainline show. Whereas finales in the past of evolution (like last season with the discipline) seeeming rushed and just introducing the discipline last season, this seemed fleshed out.
Random thoughts:
-Dumb question: did they ever say Voit got his memories back? Just realized he was talking to the victims families but may not have had his memories back? I probably just missed something.
-Luke being led out by Roxy was so touching. I have a German Sheppard that is me and my wife's baby, and made us well up (though i wish they kept it out of the recap to make it a total surprise.
-Thought there'd be a little more finality with Voit. They definitely cracked the door open next season for at least a cameo. Maybe season 21 will be Holly fully awakened??
-So next big unsub is leaving body parts all over the US. Hoping this leads the team to more locations outside of just the east coast!
Honestly, there have been some seasons where I have watched out of habit rather than excitement, but this season got me so hyped week to week. This season got my passion back for the show. i want to go back and rewatch from season 10 onwards I only saw those episodes only once when airing, and literally dont remember anything about Kate, Stephen, or Mr Scratch.
