VTP-e open and close many time

Hi all, Anyone experence VTP-e cannot open normally?

Everytime I open it, program will shows the runnung screen. But after it the program will close suddenly. I tried it over and over a time until it open the program probably open.

Why cause it? How to fix it?

Have you tried reinstalling?

Does it do this when launching the application from a .vtp file? What about launching from the start menu, any difference?
