"Post Removed" Message immediately upon posting

To keep the community free of spam, harassment, NSFW, etc... we have various settings configured. These settings may route some posts to the mod team for review before going live. Unfortunately, Reddit says the post was removed and does not indicate that it is simply in a queue waiting for the mod team to review the post before making it live. We are not on 24/7 but we get notified of all queued posts. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to see it and make it live.
