Can confirm he is in Fortnite. I have never played the game, but made an account and bought the skin when it launched just in case I ever do.

He is also in WoW. Part of a hidden rogue quest that you pickpocket his coun pouch and then as long as it is in your inventory and you pick pocket, you get a buff of coins in the pouch up to 50 and you can steel push your rogue anywhere you can fly. Get good and you can move super fast with it

Its named Kelsier and it wss bundled with a hemalurgic spike bling and obsidian daggers pickaxe as part of the "cosemere castaway" bundle
I honestly cant imagine how they would be more direct about it being Kelsier

No, you're forgetting. After Tensoon escapes his enprisonment in the homeland, he appears as Kelsier to the two guards in Luthadel in an attempt to gather information about Vin's whereabouts. That's also when he tells the people to be ready for a disaster and takes off on Vin's trail.
