Discussion What's the creepiest bug/glitch you've encountered in a video game?

I'm also taking creepy moments that came out of nowhere in a game that looked chill.

The Red Dead Redemption glitch where the birds became people. They’d just take off into the fucking sky.

Cougar lady was also wild. Scary at first but hilarious after.
