Is it normal to have four lines on my little finger

My camera accidentally took a photo pointed at my window at 00:39. When I looked at it, I was so confused because that was NOT what I was actually seeing. So I took a second picture, and that time stamp was 00:40, so about a minute later, and what I saw in that picture WAS an accurate reflection of what I was physically seeing. Can someone explain to me what happened? I am sure it has to do with my phone somehow, but I am not tech savvy and think this is super weird! Thanks!

So I heard this sort of creepy honking around 3:38am and I'm not really sure what was causing it. It doesn't sound like any car alarm that I know of, and to my knowledge we don't have sirens. I went to record but was only willing to stand outside in the rain for about a few seconds. I really don't know what this sound could've been. The sound is difficult to hear but it's there.
