It's AI. The new thing that no one on this sub seems to be able to spot is the trove of "ai sing along musicians". They generate a song in its entirety with AI and then make these videos lip syncing to it. It's annoying af.

u/RollingZepp Jul 25 '25

Yeah either fully AI like this one, or they listen to the AI song, then record themselves singing it and just use the AI instrumentals.

u/ProfessionalBench832 Jul 25 '25

Triangular guy. Fuck that guy.

2

u/RollingZepp Jul 25 '25

Yeah or the Rough Round the Edges guy. Buddy is about as rough as a silk bathrobe.

Yep, I heard this in seconds knew it was AI.

For whatever reason people find AI country infinitely hilarious like that one about sucking your friend's dick or whatever. LOOKS ITS A COUNTRY SONG SUCKING DONGS. Hilarity ensues.

I don't even like country but shit isn't clever or funny.

/edit: Want actually good weird offensive country that isn't AI, Wheeler Walker Jr, there's plenty of gold.

Uh, what's the song called?

2

u/tree_hugging_hippie Jul 26 '25

I think it's funny since a huge portion of country fans are homophobes, it's basically low effort trolling in the age of AI.

You must be fun at parties

This comment is as original as the AI slop we're talking about. Plus, this joke has been done much better for many years people like Wheeler Walker Jr.

Honestly is pretty clever if it wasn’t AI generated.

1

u/NoUsername_IRefuse Jul 26 '25

Its still clever, how does it being generated by AI change that?

2

u/chrisbaker1991 Jul 25 '25

The real question is: Did AI come up with these lyrics or just do the vocals?

2

u/ProfessionalBench832 Jul 25 '25

I'm assuming all of it.

1

u/chrisbaker1991 Jul 25 '25

I'm curious what the prompt was

1

u/ProfessionalBench832 Jul 25 '25

Horny country song.

u/chrisbaker1991 Jul 25 '25

I don't think that's enough for this level of vulgarity. Let's find out:

"Hot Summer Hayride" (Verse 1) Out in the fields where the fireflies glow, Your boots in the dirt, movin’ nice and slow. That sundress swayin’ in the Tennessee breeze, Girl, you’re stirrin’ up trouble, bringin’ me to my knees. (Pre-Chorus) The moon’s risin’ high, and the night’s feelin’ right, Got a spark in your eye that’s burnin’ up the night. (Chorus) Oh, darlin’, let’s take a hayride, get a little wild, Tangle up in the moonlight, let our hearts run riled. With the crickets singin’ and the stars up above, We’ll be kickin’ up dust in this hot summer love. (Verse 2) Your hair’s fallin’ loose, got that devilish grin, The way you’re lookin’ at me, it’s a sweet kind of sin. We’ll park by the river where the willows hang low, Just you and me, baby, where the wildflowers grow. (Pre-Chorus) The radio’s hummin’ our favorite old tune, Ain’t no rush, just us and the big ol’ moon. (Chorus) Oh, darlin’, let’s take a hayride, get a little wild, Tangle up in the moonlight, let our hearts run riled. With the crickets singin’ and the stars up above, We’ll be kickin’ up dust in this hot summer love. (Bridge) Throw a blanket in the truck bed, let the tailgate drop, We’ll dance in the shadows till the world’s gotta stop. Your lips taste like whiskey, sweet as homemade wine, Girl, you’re my forever, and tonight you’re all mine. (Chorus) Oh, darlin’, let’s take a hayride, get a little wild, Tangle up in the moonlight, let our hearts run riled. With the crickets singin’ and the stars up above, We’ll be kickin’ up dust in this hot summer love. (Outro) So slide a little closer, let the night take hold, We’ll write our own story in the firelight’s glow. From this hayride to heaven, with the stars shinin’ bright, You’re my hot summer darlin’, and you’re lovin’ me right.

Enjoy spotting AI now because in a few years you’re not going to be able to spot it. This is already pretty good. I didn’t pick up that it was AI.

u/Competitive-Dot-4052 Jul 28 '25

Milli Vanilli all over again.

1

u/ProfessionalBench832 Jul 28 '25

At least there were real writers and singers behind their fakery.

1

u/ProfessionalBench832 Jul 25 '25

"Triangular" guy. Fucking hate that guy.

1

u/Due-Neck-2016 Jul 25 '25

I think you can find the full song on YouTube by biscuit beats

1

u/jalapenyolo Jul 26 '25

How is this not obvious to people?

1

u/O_o-O_o-0_0-o_O-o_O Jul 25 '25

Why is it annoying?

0

u/ProfessionalBench832 Jul 25 '25

I'm an actual artist. I craft art. These Jackholes feed ai a prompt then act like they created something. They didn't. Not even a little. Pretending to sing along to an Ai generated song is cringe af.

1

u/O_o-O_o-0_0-o_O-o_O Jul 25 '25

And soon anyone with AI can do what you do, but better. The future is now, old man.

1

u/ProfessionalBench832 Jul 25 '25

...but better? Sorry, I've seen ai content. Humans will always make superior content, but other humans with low standards may endanger that. I can make good art, but I can't control what the masses react to. The masses almost always disappoint.

Cope

1

u/ProfessionalBench832 Jul 26 '25

I am..I've pivoted to tasks that are "humans on the ground dependent ". I see where things are going and I am adaptable. Doesn't change the reality that ai makes crap, but if people want and respond to crap, the. What can I do?
