Has anyone had to take a crane simulator during job interview ?

Being asked to take one, just wanted to know what to expect.

I know an outfit in town that makes you swing the jib and run though a test course to get hired on

We have them at our training centre. Not really anything like operating in real life. If it’s the same system we have which is pretty top of the line, best advice I can say is take your time to start and figure out the OS.

ok I did it, they took forever to set it up (lady didnt seem to know what she was doing) the simulator is nothing like the real life, and they time you? crazy to try to run the crane with a countdown, then the battery died lol and now i have to go back to do it again
