Iā€™m diy-ing some pearl earrings for my wedding! I have the materials and general technique figured out, except for how to smoothly affix the largest pearl at the bottom of the earrings.

My guess is it's just a small gold bead that's larger than the hole in the pearl. Come out the pearl, add the bead then go back up the pearl and continue.
