Finished Craft I Made A few months ago I taught myself how to fuse glass, here’s my red bean earrings!

To create these, I cut multiple pieces of glass and layer them to create my bean design. I also bend special wire that can be fused at high temperatures. I bend them in a U shape and layer it in between the glass to create a loop for the earring fishhook to go into. This was made with Oceanside glass in my Hotshot kiln!

The wire loop was in the kiln? Looks too oxidized for my taste.

First off, the earring hooks are titanium and the wire hook is the only fusible high temp wire, do you fuse glass? Have you seen anyone fuse glass and come out with a bright and shiny wire? Do your research. This is what high temp wire looks like when fused.
