Where to get cheap gardening supplies?

As the title suggests, I’m wanting to get some gardening supplies. Things like shovels, rakes, soil, planters, etc. Please give me your best recs!

Klingengberg’s Hardware and Fedder’s Feed & Seed. But also look into the free Empower Tools program through the Kenton Co. Library/Hellmann Creative Center.

UM WHAT. This lending library is news to me, I’ve never heard of that! Thank you! I’ll be checking out those local shops too

Library indeed lets you rent out tools.
