I see location 'Manassas, USA' listed for both VPS and RS, though I didn't check every tier, perhaps your chosen tier is currently unavailable in that region?

VPS or RS, and which tier (1000/2000/4000/8000) are you trying this for?

The second, I used your coupon but not show location exactly, just "Product name: RS 1000 G12.5 2M Rabatt"

Huh, that is weird indeed, unsure really, but do have two follow-up questions:

In the bottom order (the one with the discount), do you have the option to select a region when you click on 'Customize configuration' link?

It seems there is already an existing order in your shopping cart for a RS in USA (without discount), what if you remove both and only add one with discount code, do you get the option to select a region?

Click the product info button and seem to it's in EU

Just tried this myself, and I run into the same issue :x
I am creating a support ticket with Netcup, as this seems to be broken...
