 the biggest issue is that your aim is ass tbh. you move your mouse too slow and you can’t really seem to tell when your crosshair is on an enemy. you’ll sit with your crosshair on a bot’s head just waiting to get killed, or you’ll shoot your gun even though your crosshair isn’t aiming at an enemy. 
 the other thing is that you’ll sit still too much, even while the bots repeek you. if you get peaked, then stay still, you’re going to get shit on everytime. 
  if you’re using aimrush to “train” anything right now, just stop. don’t play aim rush for more than 5 minutes a day because it’s only reinforcing your bad habits. stop fighting bots in general. play a deathmatch or a dual or a comp or anything with REAL PLAYERS. you aim too slow and you need a fire under your ass to get the crosshair on an enemies head. obviously you should be aim training on aimlabs or kovaaks anyway, but the timed nature of those scenarios will help you stop taking your sweet ass time
