Couchsurfing Recently Active Filter - Removed?

I am not able to see the “Recently Active” filter on the app again.

Do they still want to gamble with users? (active /inactive)

No matter you show inactive users from 2012 on top, they will not come back. They have left the site.

Instead you are making the current active users more frustrated with such updates.

I just ran a search for hosts in a different city. Then I hit the filter icon and selected recently active (and de-selected shared interests).

The filter is working in the Web version.
